Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective items or if an incorrect product has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
At La Cocoa Chocolates LLP, we offer shipping services for a flat rate of RS. 99 for most orders within India. However, for orders totaling more than RS. 649, shipping is free of charge.
Shipping Zones and Delivery Time
La Cocoa Chocolates LLP currently ships to addresses within India. We aim to process and dispatch orders within Two business days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery times range from Three to eight working days after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is undeliverable for any reason, a reshipment can be arranged upon payment of additional shipping charges. Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping services.
