Refund Eligibility

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the order. We may request photographic evidence to assess the damage or defect.

  2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item(s) different from what you ordered, kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refund Process

Upon verification and approval of your refund request based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds may be provided as follows:

  • Refund to the Original Payment Method: If the payment was made by credit/debit card or net banking, the refund amount will be credited back to the same account used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for refunds due to their nature, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery, excluding those damaged upon receipt.
